hp-ux 11.31 veritas cluster 6 vxdisk not found
I need to use vxdisk to remove a disk from cluster, but the command is not found. How can I get it installed?

vxdisk command is shipped as part of VRTSvxvm product.
What product is installed on your machine? Can you give "swlist | grep -i vrts" output?
If VRTSvxvm is installed, you should be able to find vxdisk utility at /usr/sbin/vxdisk.
