Hi,
I agree that mirroring is very simple. I have done storage migration on few servers which are having application/data disk group with concat/stripe volumes.
This is first time i will be doing it on VVR RVG disk group volume which is having log plexes mirrored on 2 disks, i am not sure about the command to be used to mirror it same way as is exist.

Hi Frankgfan,
Thank you for your update. Yes we are migrating storage by using mirroring only but here in VVR diskgroup, i am not sure about command syntax to be used to mirror volume which have DCM log seems to be mirror over 2 disks & I hope mirroring is fine for SRL volume as well to migrate storage. Sorry I am new to VVR.
Could you please assist me here. Below op for reference.

you should be able to mirror DCM volumes
or
you can disassociate the existing DCM then create a new one (https://sort.veritas.com/public/documents/vis/7.1/windows/productguides/html/sf_admin/ch11s03s05s01.htm)
it is highly recommended to perform these tasks in a maintenance window meaning rlink is up-to-data and all the apps are idle (no active IOs).

Thank you for update. As provided link the mirroring was done through GUI. We dont have that. Could you please help me with command syntax to mirror volume db-oradev-dcdr-ora_ogg1-vol with dco log that will be great help.

you do not have to stop replication while migrating the data to a new storage.
recommend to use data mirroring instead of using vxevac (to play safe)/
