OPSCenter report

Hello,

Please support us, we are still using OPSCenter 10.0.0.1, we are in the process of migrating to Alta View, but we currently have a specific problem:

We have a report from a client and a specific date that does not generate any results (August 26), we have reviewed the reports from other days and there is no problem, it is only the report from this day.

At the NetBackup level, the backup does exist in the catalog, but we were unable to determine the problem.

Have you had similar events? Did OPSCenter not synchronize the information for some specific reason only from that client in the NBU catalog?

    Not sure if I have faced this issue before , by any chance the OpsCenter did not go down restarted on the same day?
    BTW veritas does still provide hot fixes for Opscenter , I hope you are installing them on the Opscenter.

     

     

  • Hello, thank you for your response, OPSCenter does not have support at this momment, it's a deprecated product by Veritas... and I guess that I can't open a support case (we have an active support for NBU 10.1.1), but I'll continue with the revision of this issue.
