Unable to retrieve hardware health information in 5350 flex

Hi ,

How to resolve the error " unable to retrieve hardware health information " in 5350 flex appliance..
Anyone have idea ??

    Hi peterkevin 

    Yes - it's probably a problem with the contents of the MongoDB database. Best idea is to log a support call to obtain assistance to fix this.
