spoold crash

We have a problem with spad & spoold not running
spad --trace -v shows this error for which I can't find the solution:

for spoold, when I run spoold --trace -v it gives this error :
PureDisk content router has stopped working veritas.
in events we have event id 1000 & 1.
netbackup version 8.2
Os: Windows Server 2008 R2

Data loss will depend. Was the failed disk RAID protected? If not, then it's almost certain to result in a loss of some data.
Repairing could take a little time and needs some investigation to determine if corruption exists and where it is. That's a Support event and not something that is easily dealt with via a discussion forum. There are a number of paths that things can go down.
I'd strongly suggest making sure your host is healthy first, though. If it isn't, whatever Support tells you to do is likely to have limited success.
