Silent Uninstall Switch for Veritas NetBackup Client

Tring to uninstall Veritas NetBackup Client 8.3 and 8.0 on Server OS 2016,2019,2022, servers. 

Is there a silent switch so that this can removed via SCCM? 

Or what is the preferred way to automate this removal? 

Here is the uninstall reg and none of the usual switches work with it.

"C:\Windows\Installer\{1EFABBF1-83A7-4BAE-A964-25F81D7DFBBE}\Setup.exe" -u
