Netbackup upgrade 10.2 to 10.2.0.1 fails

Hello, Has anyone seen or have a resolution to the following error when upgrading to 10.2.0.1 on Windows 2016 x64?

Error comes during nbcheck.exe

Gathering host data, then a window pop-ups:

Errors were encountered while assessing the state of catalog backups:

nbcheck.exe returned unexpected status code [5].

I click on "OK"

Netbackup Installation Summary:

Ignore Missing catalog Backups: Unexpected error

I goto my Netbackup 10.2  goodies folder and run:

nbcheck.exe --test=last_catalog_backup_check
ok last_catalog_backup_check: Last catalog backup run on this primary server was less than 24 hours ago.

    Kiyan,

    Both C:\Users\ocio-netbackup\AppData\Local\Temp\nbcheck_output.txt  and C:\Users\ocio-netbackup\AppData\Local\Temp\nbcheck_error.txt are empty 0bytes.

    Yes, i am running as an administrator, in local admin group.  Yes I right click on "browser.exe" and run as admin.

      Hi, I have a feeling that, it could be a cash issue. 

      I Suggest you open a case with Veritas support to sort out this issue.

    I rebooted the server and took a new catalog backup this morning, still same error, install log posted above.

      Hi, can you share the content of :
      output="C:\Users\ocio-netbackup\AppData\Local\Temp\nbcheck_output.txt" --errors="C:\Users\ocio-netbackup\AppData\Local\Temp\nbcheck_error.txt" 

      you are running the install as administrator, right? (right click on the install and run as an administrator).

    nbcheck_output.txt and nbcheck_error.txt are created but both files are empty 0bytes.

    can you share %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Veritas\NetBackup\InstallLogs ,with us.
    if it is possible, do a restart on the server, and take another catalog backup again and give it another try.
