    is it a fresh netbackup installation, or Netbackup upgrade?you need to provide more details and what you have done or if any specific steps you have followed.

     

  • This is a fresh installation. I started the installation through the wizard and towards the end it encounters the issue and rollsback

      Hi Ankit_Paul 

      Can you share the entire install logs (should be in C:\Programdata\Veritas\installlogs)?

      Does the machine already have a PostgreSQL database installed for another purpose (which may be AWS related)?

      What version of Windows is this being tried on?

      The quick resolution may be to log a support case with Veritas and get them to review everything...
