Netbackup 8.1.1 external certificate authority
We are planning to upgraded netbackup from 7.7.x to 8.1.1. We would like to know if we can use external PKI certificate authority to generate certificates for Netbackup hosts .
- nope as far as I know you cannot use external CA to generate CA certificate and use it in NetBackup. Master server acts as you CA and issues security certificates to hosts..
Its there on the roadmap I believe..
