NBU Client software problem

Dear Community,

There is a problem related to NBU Administration Console. when l click the eject volumes from Robot the Software is forzes. What could be the problem related to? The Quantum i40 library is working. Need to restart NBU Appliance Master

    This problem related to Tape Driver. in Tape Library.

    After restart, The i40 Quantum tape library this issued was resolved.

    I would start by testing to eject a tape using the library's GUI (this makes sure library is not causing the problem). If that works, next would be to run robtest commands from the control host and try to eject the tape (this tells that communication and scsi commands from control host work with the library). Only after these options are working, I would start at GUI logs when ejecting the tape.
