Error Backup Snapshot Vmware
Hi Folks
I know this issue was very stressed about troubleshootings here, but unfortunately I didn't find any solution in my searching in VOX or web.
First of all, my environment is NBU v10.0.0.1 and Vcenter and ESXI are VMWARE 7.0 U3, I put credentials about my Vcenter in Netbackup, is not a plan protection.
Telnet are OK for port 443/80 in Vcenter from master and media server // Telnet are OK for port 902 from master and media server for hosts ESXI.
Vmwaretools upgraded last version, client NBU installed in the host I got snapshot, already checked my network don't have firewall, everything apparently working fine.
My environment do backup only transport mode NBD, user has admin permissions.
When I try to do backup snapshot display error like below I have 1 media server, so if I try to run backup for the tape is working fine, what I missing here please?

Hi
Can the ESXi reach back to primary/media servers with telnet via name/IP?? Maybe ESXi is multihomed and other interface is being selected... thinking out loud.
I would have enable vxms logging on media which I hope is a backup host ->

Review created logs... also check in /tmp/vmware if its empty.
