After upgrading to version 15.1, we noticed that some menu options are missing in the Administration Console.
Specifically, the Personal Storage Management section is no longer expandable and only shows the PST Dashboard, with no access to the PST Overview or other related options.
Has anyone else encountered this issue, or does anyone have a solution?
Hi, no experience with 15.1 yet unfortunately, wild guess.. Are you opening the console with evadmin? or a specific account? Check if that account has permissions on PST import. Can you verify the install also, to see if perhaps PST section has not been installed? Is the service running? (pst import). Anything in the manual on PST Import? Can you rightclick, and select properties? If that all fails, I suggest to contact support, to see if they know of an issue.
Hey, its just missing options in the Admin Console. (Overview about located PST files or Migration status) PST Import is working. Its the same with every account including evadmin. Properties of "personal store management" is working, but nothing helpful to activate or anything else.
