Enterprise Vault MPIP encrypted email decryption is not working
Hello,
I`m testing MPIP email journal archiving for my client in Korea.
And I found that MPIP encrypted document (like PPT, Excel, Word) can be previewed on Enterprise Vault Search but MPIP encrypted email isn't.
I followed every steps on 'Enterprise Vault™ Setting up Exchange Server and Office 365 for SMTP Archiving' guide but that doesn't work.
Can anyone help me?

Ensure that the decryption feature for MPIP-protected emails is correctly configured in Enterprise Vault. This involves setting up the necessary certificates and authentication with Azure AD.
Check Certificate Installation:
Make sure that the required certificates are installed in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities on all Enterprise Vault storage servers. This includes the public key of the X509 certificate. MyCenturaHealth patient portal
Review SMTP Archiving Settings:
Confirm that the SMTP archiving task and the associated Storage service are configured to handle MPIP-protected items. Set the ClearText copies of MPIP-protected items to “Treat as Secondary” and the Decrypt MPIP-protected items to "Decrypt for journal archives only".Best Regards
