Is there an EV best practices analyzer like the one Microsoft has for Exchange server?
there isnt a BPA per se for EV however, you can get some pretty good information between the other tools that are available for you such as the deployment scanner and the deployment scanner summary tool. there are also a script floating out there that will check to see if you have all the best practice registry settings in place.
