I tried using the web management port,which coudln't find the part number,either.

can you login to the CLISH and try below instruction. I do not have NB appliance with me , so you need to work with me,
go to settings (or mange)>software>firmware>firmware show
it will give you status of all hardware including hard disk , hopefully it will give what you are looking for.
