Enterprise Vault Subscription Expired - Can Archived Email Be Retrieved/Exported
Greeting! We changed IT managed service providers. In Feb. 2024, during the transition, our subscription for our email archive in the Veritas Enterprise Vault expired before an export could be performed. I have old support ID, Entitlement ID, and Contract numbers. Is our now-expired Enterprise vault retrievable? Thank you!VOX had an upgrade! Here’s what’s new.
Today, the VOX platform underwent an upgrade, bringing improved platform features and enhanced UI. VOX users can continue to ask questions, seek insights, and find answers, all while contributing to the greater Veritas technical community. In this update, VOX users can benefit from industry-wide terminology and structure by posting, responding, liking, tagging, and joining conversations in our streamlined UI. The following is a list of VOX system updates: Kudos are now called Likes Subscriptions are now called Follows Group Hubs are now called Groups Tags and labels have been combined are now called Tags. External links to veritas.com and Veritas Support can now be found in the footer. New discussion posts can be created from their associated community page. Veritas Certification (As my first ever IT Cert - Newbie here)
I am curious about everything related to Veritas and would like to explore it further. Can you help me point in the right direction on where to start to become a Veritas guru someday :)? Do you have any certification recommendations? If yes, which particular certification should I pursue?Are there any practice labs available where I can experiment with Veritas devices and explore their features? To be honest, I am feeling confused and overwhelmed with the abundance of information available online. Can you suggest a roadmap or a step-by-step guide that I can follow? Hello VOX Community, Thank you for supporting VOX by continuously contributing discussions, questions, and kudos to our vibrant community. Over the next few weeks, VOX will undergo a series of updates, allowing the community experience to become streamlined and easier to use. These updates include archiving boards with little to no activity over the past few years and upgrading the VOX system UI. The following boards will be changed to read-only over the next few weeks because they pertain to outdated products and/or have had little to no board activity over the past two years. Read-only allows all posts and boards to be searchable, but the boards will not show up in the click-down menu nor allow new discussion posts. We hope this restructuring will enable quicker responses and easier access to essential conversations on all discussion posts in our community. If you have a discussion post relevant to any achieved boards, please direct your post to another relevant board or the General Veritas Board under Community Insights. Boards to be changed to read-only: NetBackup Puredisk NetBackup Realtime Online Storage for Backup Exec Replication Exec ApplicationHA DMP & DMP for VMware Veritas Risk Advisor Advanced Supervision Discovery Accelerator In addition to the board restructuring, VOX will undergo a UI upgrade in partnership with our third-party community platform. This update will change VOX's appearance but not impact any posts or data in the current community. Some minor changes will be noticed during this upgrade, such as changing profile labels and nomenclature adjustments. An upcoming community post will share more details about these specific upgrades.
